What to expect when you order — processing times, shipping options, and delivery details.

The Quick Read.
Processing time. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping options. We offer Standard (5–8 business days, free on orders $50+, otherwise $5.99), Expedited (2–3 business days, $12.99), and Overnight (1 business day, $24.99) within the contiguous United States.
Subscription orders. Subscription shipments are processed on your subscription schedule. You'll receive an email reminder before each shipment with tracking information once shipped.
U.S. only. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Use the link in the email or log into your account at mxt.co/account to track your shipment.

Processing Time.
After you place your order, we need 1–2 business days to process and pack it. Here's what that means:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day are typically processed the same day and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
- Trial kit orders are given priority processing and typically ship within 1 business day.
- Subscription orders are processed automatically on your scheduled shipment date and ship within 1–2 business days of processing.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including a tracking number.

Shipping Options and Rates.
We offer one shipping method for all domestic orders. Expedited or overnight shipping is not available.

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete (1–2 business days) and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless your order is returned due to our error.
Subscription orders ship via Standard shipping at no additional charge.

Subscription Shipments.
Subscription orders are managed through Recharge and process automatically according to your subscription schedule:
- Trial → first subscription shipment: Your first full-size subscription shipment is charged and processed 21 days after your trial order. It ships via Standard shipping to the address on file at the time of the original trial order, unless you update your address in your account beforehand.
- Recurring shipments: Subsequent subscription orders charge and process every 60 days. You'll receive a pre-shipment email reminder at least 5 days before each charge date so you can update your address, swap products, pause, or cancel.
- Address changes: Update your shipping address at mxt.co/account before the 24-hour cutoff prior to your shipment date. Changes made after the cutoff may not apply to the next shipment.
Subscription orders ship Standard at no additional cost.

Domestic Coverage — All 50 States and U.S. Territories.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via Standard shipping. Delivery may take 7–14 business days due to carrier routing. Expedited and Overnight shipping are not available for these states. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $50 or more; the $5.99 rate applies under $50.
U.S. Territories
Orders to U.S. territories ship via Standard shipping and may take 10–20 business days. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $50 or more. Customs fees and duties are not applicable for U.S. territories.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We accept P.O. Box addresses (delivered via USPS). APO and FPO addresses (military) are also accepted; delivery times vary and may take 7–21 business days. Expedited and Overnight shipping are not available for APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping.
We do not currently ship outside the United States and its territories. We hope to expand internationally in the future — if you'd like to be notified when we do, email us at help@mxt.co with the subject line "International Shipping."

Tracking Your Order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account at mxt.co/account.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping method. The carrier assigned to your order is shown in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages.
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors and your building management, and verify the shipping address on your order. If you still can't locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll file a carrier claim on your behalf. Resolution may take 5–10 business days depending on the carrier.
Stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently stolen. However, we want to help — contact us at help@mxt.co and we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or a discount on your next order, at our discretion.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at help@mxt.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your option.
Incorrect address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at help@mxt.co — we can often correct the address before the order ships. Once a package has shipped, address corrections are subject to carrier fees and may not always be possible. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
