"Deep Hydration Cream is very luxurious. It has a light and smooth application that is not waxy, or slimy. That can sometimes be the case with extra hydrating creams. I have sensitive, dry skin and I had no irritation or breakouts. It really performs. I like that the ingredients are a mix of nature and science giving me the best of both. I have read that ceramides and lipids protect the skin barrier so I was glad to have them in this cream."

"So first to give my review it's important to know that I have always been loyal to my skincare routine, but never really to a specific product or brand. In part because I simply love taking pause for self care and enjoy the process from the start. I am always curious to try new lines and at present have any easy (no exaggeration) 40+ skincare products stacked on nearly every vanity or side table in my home, all of various brands and purpose. I mix it up everyday and while there are certainly some I favor over others, this deep hydration cream by MTX has become an instant favorite. The scent is the first thing that set it above and beyond for me. Holy crap its divine. I mean really, really good. I am super sensitive to smells and this one just lands. Its clean, smooth, not too strong to be overbearing but just enough to thoroughly enjoy the whole day. The second is the absorbability. I dont know why but my skin never takes to creams, and lotions. It just kind of smears on the top surface like a thin paste. It is the norm for for me to add an oil or humectant just to boost moisture and get it to penetrate through that top layer of skin. They nailed the formulation bc this is the first cream in a good eight years I havent had to do that. It keeps my skin hydrated all day without looking greasy and plumps the crepey, fine lines I'm seeing more and more of as I age. Super happy I found MTX and this is one I'll stay with for good!"
